Gas Patio HeatersIf gas patio heaters are what you prefer for heating your patio, then you are in for a treat. They can be installed so easily that your biggest job will be bringing it home. Natural gas heaters give you heat the same as you’ll find from the sun. It is an infrared heat that radiates around you. It does not warm the air, but rather warms the objects. This makes a wonderful comfort on a cool autumn evening. You can connect these to a natural gas line that would be hooked up to your barbecue or to the line that supplies the natural gas to your home. This heater is super easy to install. These patio heaters usually come eight feet tall with a diameter of approximately eighteen inches. There is a burner at the top of the unit and a small umbrella type reflector to direct the heat that it radiates downward. The heater radiates out to approximately twenty feet. You can have your heater installed in two ways. You can have the heater placed in a stationary area or you can have it attached to a fifteen foot hose that would let you move your heater where you need it most at the time. Most of these heaters provide anywhere from 40,000 BTU’s up to 60,000 BTU’s . The heater provides a ignition that is as easy to use as turning on your barbecue or turning on your thermostat. It can have varying heat from fifty to one hundred percent burning capacity. So it seems the hardest part of having a patio gas burner is getting it home. Setting it up will be a breeze. After things are in place pull up a chair and enjoy the warmth of your gas heater and your friends.
