You will have to match the miter cuts you will be making and the boards, but this pattern will be spectacular when finished.

The island deck is free standing and not attached to anything. This leaves you will lots of options. You can build this deck anywhere you want in your yard and it will still say “ beautiful”. The three sided landing in this plan leaves you with lots of possibilities. Build near your pool or in a shady nook in your yard where you can catch a breeze.
